Kiwoong is in charge of Busan International Rock Festival, as a director and project manager. The festival, first held back in 1999 when it was known as ‘Asian Rock Festival’, was rebranded as The Busan International Rock Festival – and now, in its 21st year, has become one of Korea’s longest-running and most dynamic festivals.
The event takes place at Samrak Eco-Park in Sasang-gu, and features an eclectic lineup of the best up-and-coming artists and major headliners from Korea and around the world. The Busan International Rock Festival also promotes artist development through long established exchange programs with international festivals across asia.
