Malakhi has over 15 years of experience in arts administration within the nonprofit sector. He has served in many positions, a fact which has allowed him to share his passion for service, while inspiring young people to find their own. In addition to his position as director of programming & community impact for The International Festival of Arts and Ideas, featuring 200+ events, 95% of which are free, on the spectrum of science to arts, he also owns and operates Krucial Konflict Agency, LLC.
