Besim is the general director of the Albanian SYRI BLU association – an organization in charge of many cultural activities for the promotion of Albanian artists, alongside collaboration with the international scene – for over two decades. Their main activities are the Balkan Jazz showcase, International Festival, JAZZinALBANIA, and ALBANIA Choral Tours.
